Florida Department of Management Services DMS
D3 Air and Space Operations, Inc. (D3ASO) is proud to be serving the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) with SUNCOM Communication Systems Implementation support to the Division of State Technology (DST). This D3ASO effort is being led by Douglas Holleman, MBA, PMP® as we “…work collaboratively with DST staff, other SUNCOM Contractors, SUNCOM Customers, and the Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V)…” personnel. SUNCOMs mission is to provide “…superior telecommunications services more cost effectively to state and local governments, educational institutions, libraries, and non-profit organizations by achieving economies of scale with enterprise planning and procurement.”

D3 is proud to announce the award of a Light Attack SME supporting the Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs (SAF/IA) Advisory and Assistance Services for Security Cooperation Support Services (SCSS) contract. The Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs (SAF/IA) has overall responsibility for international programs for the Department of the Air Force and, in accordance with Headquarters Air Force Mission Directive 1-16, SAF/IA builds, sustains, expands, and guides relationships that are critical enablers for expeditionary air, space, and cyberspace forces. To that end, D3 supports a comprehensive strategic communications program that shapes the international air force environment and drives international affairs activities to achieve strategic objectives. Our FMS Program Management for Fighter Aircraft Weapons Systems SMEs provide operational, tactical, and technical expertise to support the export of fighter aircraft and all associated subsystems and weaponry; support the development of USAF export and foreign disclosure guidance for USAF systems and associated tactics; provide subject matter expertise on programs of record, non-programs of record as well as associated capabilities, and advise senior USAF leaders for sensitivity of technology reports portions of 36(b) notification of foreign military sales to the US Congress.
Defense Intelligence Agency - DIA Flares
D3 Air and Space Operations is proud to announce the award of a five-year IDIQ (with a five-year option) subcontract with S2Technologies (prime) with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The Facility Management, Logistics, Administrative, Readiness, Engagement, and Security (FLARES) contracting vehicle will support DIA’s Science and Technology Directorate’s (ST) mission to develop and deliver leading-edge scientific and technical capabilities; leading and prioritizing ST enterprise programs that enhance analysis, collection, operations, and acquisition activities to prevent strategic surprise.

The D3 Air & Space Operations, Inc (D3ASO) RED FLAG – RESCUE Professional Control Force (PCF) led another outstanding event in support of Air Combat Command’s 414th Combat Training Squadron, Detachment 1. The D3ASO PCF managed the joint exercise life cycle (JELC) and provided opposing force (OPFOR) for the DOD’s premier combat search and rescue exercise set in contested, degraded and operationally limited environments.
